Spirit of Water Edmonds is a community project taking place in Edmonds, Washington, USA. We are creating this together because we love our water-rich Puget Sound watershed, and we want to make this beautiful region water-healthy.

We are working on a rooftop rainwater catchment system that is artistic, educational, interactive, and an inspiration, and our process is as important as what we produce.

In one of our first steps we are having fun with the downspout on the roof of the Fabric of Life fair trade shop at 523 Main Street in Edmonds. We want to see the water that normally comes through this downspout. Next time it's raining come and take a look!

Spirit of Water Edmonds was initiated by the Fabric of Life and Beauty of Water with artistic leadership from Edmonds-based artist Mona Fairbanks, outreach and support from Jackie Moe and Ariel Macpherson, collaboration from Lia Andrews, Carol Schillios and Liza Behrendt, and many others participating in big and small ways. We welcome new volunteers from in and around Edmonds.
